The whole experience was excellent, no complains at all, recommend. Modern hotel and the location to Chumphon Railway station was particularly good and magnificent. Location: the venue was so close to airport and Bus terminal and shopping mall, train station and 7 eleven. Stopped by Chuen Jai Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's right at the venue, recommend.

Convenient Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to Ocean shopping mall, railway station, national museum, Prince of Chumphon shrine, and Chumphon airport. It's like having everything you need right at your fingertips!

No Telephone in Room: I missed having a telephone in my room. It would have been convenient to call the front office or reception desk for any help or questions without having to leave the room.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, with famous food stalls and a lively food market nearby. The hotel provided all the basic amenities we needed, such as glasses, a chair, a TV, shampoo and soap, a hot shower. Checking in and out was a breeze, making our stay hassle-free. The staff, although not fluent in English, were helpful and we managed to communicate well using sign language.

There was nothing we didn't like.

the hotel is brand new and everything was clean and well, organized. the best part was the comfortable bed and pillows , they were probably the most comfortable I've had in any hotel in Thailand. the location was convenient, especially for those driving, and there was a night road side food stall within walking distance. the staff may not be fluent in English, but sign language was helpful. it was a budget, friendly hotel with good facilities and a great location in Chumphon. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌.

Really enjoyed my Easter stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed and a good shower. The internet was also fast and reliable. The location was a major plus, as it was close to the Night Market and only a 15-minute walk to the railway station. the hotel had a nice parking area, which was convenient for those traveling by car.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. the staff's communication skills were lacking, making it difficult to address any issues that arose.

The mattress was too soft. Room sound-proofing was not good, allowing outside noise to be heard.
